Multi-talented pianist James Pearson and his trio will celebrate the New Orleans Dixieland style of jazz polyphony against the glorious polyphony of J.S Bach. Author and journalist Alice Lascelles will be interspersing the band’s musical explorations with anecdotes and recipes from her newly published book Ten Cocktails; The Art of Convivial Drinking (Salt Yard Book co.).
